01 / THE CHALLENGE
Make the first step feel approachable.
Visitors need to understand the care on offer and how to get started.
The site brings services, a therapist introduction, the visit process, and common questions into one clear page. Repeated “Request a visit” buttons give visitors a way to get in touch wherever they are in that journey.
02 / THE EXPERIENCE
From a first impression to a conversation.
Explore the practice
A hummingbird identity, soft greens, and generous spacing establish the visual tone alongside a clear introduction to the services.
Understand the next steps
The therapist profile, visit process, and expandable FAQs help visitors find answers before reaching out.
Request a visit
A contact dialog collects basic details. The practice can follow up to discuss the visit and share a scheduling link.
03 / KEY DECISIONS
Simple pages, thoughtful interactions.
Carry the brand through the page
The hummingbird mark and hero imagery work with serif headings and a green palette to create a consistent, welcoming presentation.
Keep information easy to scan
Desktop sections become a single column on smaller screens, with a collapsible menu and a visit-request form that fits the available space.
Support keyboard navigation
A skip link, visible focus styles, native FAQ disclosures, and dialog focus management support navigation without a mouse. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
Make request status clear
The EmailJS integration includes validation, a pending state, success feedback, and an error message with an email fallback. The form asks visitors to save medical details for their therapist.
04 / THE RESULT
A complete business website.
Service information and a practical contact flow come together in a responsive design.
Built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the website introduces the practice and guides visitors toward a conversation.
